About the position

In the role of project manager, you will have overall responsibility for land access issues within investment and reinvestment projects for Svenska kraftnät's facilities. The project manager is responsible for managing contacts and negotiations within the property law area, including contract writing, damage regulation, and documentation. The work is characterized by handling property issues related to facility investments and reinvestments in a uniform, efficient, and legally secure manner. The work as a project manager means that you secure land rights for Sweden's transmission network.

You will lead, procure, and follow up consultants within your subprojects and ensure deliveries based on time, cost, and quality. You have many points of contact, both internally and externally, where you collaborate with authorities, stakeholders, and other interested parties. In addition, you have budget responsibility for your projects and represent Svenska kraftnät at land survey proceedings and in court.

You will belong to a growing unit, Land Access North & South, which, together with another unit, works to ensure Svenska kraftnät's land and property law issues. The land access units consist of 35 people and belong to the section Permits and Land Access, which is a growing section with about 100 employees, responsible for ensuring accessibility and permits and rights to be able to establish and maintain Svenska kraftnät's facilities.

About you

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills as it is central to the role to interact with various points of contact both externally and internally, as well as to create contacts and maintain relationships within the systems and groups you operate in. As a project manager, you will work on several projects simultaneously, therefore it is necessary that you have a good ability to create structure to achieve results. You are stable and remain calm in challenging situations. You also have a positive attitude and handle pressure and setbacks constructively while finding effective solutions to emerging problems.

You must also adhere to the state value framework. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

You have a relevant academic degree, for example in surveying, urban planning, or as an agronomist, forest engineer, or forest master, or equivalent competence acquired in another way that we assess as equivalent.

Furthermore, you have:

• Several years of experience in land access work
• Several years of experience in property law
• Experience in managing and leading assignments and project participants
• Experience in intrusion valuation and damage regulation
• Ability to express yourself very well in speech and writing in Swedish and have a good command of English
• Driving license B

It is meritorious if you have:

• Work experience in land access for the electricity sector
• Experience in land survey proceedings
• Experience in valuation according to forest and arable land standards
• Experience in public procurement
• Experience in leading and following up consultant deliveries
• Relevant experience from the public sector
• Experience in project contracting
